HOW TO PREPARE YOUR KALE

Don't worry too much about how "clean" you get those kale leaves off from the stem. Follow our step-by-step guide for fuss-free preparation. You'll notice that we don't separate the stems right till the very top of the leaves, but it's ok. Once you chop them up, you really won't be able to tell the difference!

Remember - Don't throw those stems away. Plenty of other ways to use them - juicing, blending into pesto, throwing into your soups and porridges. Whatever it is, don't waste them. There's still plenty of good nutrients in those stems.
